By accessing and using SignPro Studio ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SignPro Studio provides a cloud-based pricing calculator and business management platform designed for sign shops. The Service includes quote generation, customer relationship management (CRM), email automation, analytics, and related features.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
3.1 Plans: We offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription plans. Features and limitations vary by plan as described on our pricing page.
3.2 Payment: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless another billing interval is explicitly offered at checkout. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
3.3 Free Plan and Promotions: SignPro Studio may offer a free plan and, from time to time, promotional trial periods or discounts. Any promotional terms shown at signup will govern that offer.
3.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
3.5 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
4. User Accounts and Security
4.1 Account Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4.3 Unauthorized Access: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use

- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignPro Studio from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
13. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
